New Sneak Peek Of The Paramount+ Animated Series ‘Tales Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Released During San Diego Comic-Con Panel

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the newest animated series from Paramount+, released a sneak peek during the San Diego Comic-Con panel on Thursday afternoon, Comicbook.com reports. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie, released last summer, ended with the four mutants beginning high school like normal teenagers. That is how the animated series will begin, but now, the fan-favorite brothers must step out of the shadows to fight another villain and struggle between their identities. For those interested in viewing the sneak peek, it is embedded below.

Tales of the TMNT is one of the many next chapters in this universe. “TMNT seems to want to expand in the future, with a new video game coming this fall, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed, and a movie sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, which is set to release in 2026.

Furthermore, according to Comicbook.com, the voice actors returning to the series, alongside the main ninja brothers from the movie, include Pete Davidson (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) as Rod, Alanna Ubach (Princess Power) as Bishop and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad) as Pigeon Pete. New characters are the East River Three, villainous gang of Mutants, which include Mustang Sally, played by Danny Trejo (Machete), Lee the Eel, played by Jillian Bell (Bless the Harts) and Goldfin, played by Timothy Olyphant (The Mandalorian). The animated series is produced by Seth Rogen (Freaks and Geeks, Invincible) and Evan Goldberg’s (Preacher, Gen V) Point Grey Pictures, and Nickelodeon Animation.
