New Opening for MLB’s ‘Quick Pitch’ Released

MLB Network unveiled the new opening to their staple show, Quick Pitch.

The MLB Network’s highlight show will be mixing two of America’s pastimes with their new opening for Quick Pitch, Baseball and Comic Books. The opening which can be watched at The Hollywood Reporter is inspired by Frank Miller’s graphic novel Sin City.

David Corrado, senior 3D artist for MLB Network explained “We were trying to present the players in a larger-than-life light to match the pace of the show.”  Quick Pitch is set to air following the last West Coast games today, as the baseball season begins.
