Before 2025 hits, fans can anticipate the release of Deadpool & Wolverine on Tuesday, November 12 and third season of Marvel’s What If…? on December 22. More 2025 shows were shown. Watch the trailer below!
For 2025, Daredevil: Born Again is set to be released on March 4, Eyes of Wakanda on August 6th, Marvel Zombies in October, Wonder Man in December and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man on January 29. Comicbook stated the first footage of the series Wonder Man had to be the most intriguing part of the preview with word of it being different from any other marvel series and will be under the new Marvel Spotlight Banner.
Head of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige (The Avengers, The Marvels) was the one who previously spoke to Comicbook about Wonder Man being different than any other Marvel series, “Marvel is The House of Ideas, it’s always been The House of Ideas, and I hope we’ll always be The House of Ideas. Which means, taking new storylines and new characters to new places. Sometimes they’ll hit and sometimes they won’t. When you stop trying is when you atrophy and the whole thing will fall in on itself. I think it’s trying to tell new and unique stories in different ways. We have a show coming up that we’ve talked very little about called Wonder Man, that I won’t talk about much today either except to say it’s extremely different than what we’ve done before.”
The cast of Wonder Man includes Ben Kingsley (Iron Man 3, Shutter Island), Byron Bowers (Lady in the Lake, Concrete Cowboy), Demetrius Grosse (The Rookie, Spring Breakthrough), Ed Harris (The Truman Show, The Abyss), Josh Gad (Frozen, Pixels), Lauren Glazier (The Chicago 8, Killers) and Yahya Abdul Mateen The Second (Ambulance, Candyman). Per Comicbook, fans have no details on the plot of the action series but the trailer shows Mateen’s audition for the main character Simon Williams.
Via Comicbook, the teasers for Daredevil: Born Again was the best look audiences have gotten, which encourages a different world the upcoming series in comparison to Daredevil has brought to the table before.
Brand Winderbaum (Agent Carter, Black Widow), Marvel Television Head of Streaming, has discussed details on the show previously on Comicbook. “These characters have matured. The universe is different than it was. Things have changed. Society’s changed. Matt and Wilson have changed and their characters are going to collide in ways we’ve never seen before. It’s no longer enough to try to murder each other. There’s a whole game of politics at play.”
Fans can expect lots of good content in 2025.
