Deadline quotes Ritchie on the sophomore season, stating, “This chapter sees a deliberate expansion, both geographically and thematically, as we journey from the English countryside to the Italian lakes. Eddie (James) and Susie (Scodelario) find themselves navigating an increasingly volatile empire as they’re besieged on all fronts by an influx of enigmatic new players. The stakes are heightened, the power dynamics are more precarious.:
According to Deadline, the show is written by Ritchie along with Matthew Read (Only God Forgives, Peaky Blinders), both of whom serve as executive producers. Ritchie also directs alongside Eran Creevy (Welcome to the Punch, Collide). Will Gould (Ripper Street, The Deep), Frith Tiplady (Peaky Blinders, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder), Ivan Atkinson (Wrath of Man, The Covenant), and Simon Crawford Collins (MI-5, Mystic) also serve as executive producers with Laura Jackson (Urban Myths, Spencer) and Max Keene (Aladdin, Edge of Tomorrow) as producers.
