According to Deadline, Netflix has released the official trailer for the upcoming Mike Flanagan (Midnight Mass, The Haunting of Hill House) series, The Fall of the House of Usher. The series will be released on Netflix on October 12. Check out the trailer below.

The series is based on various works from Edgar Allan Poe (The Raven, The Tell-Tale Heart) and follows Roderick and Madeline Usher, ruthless siblings who have an empire of privilege, wealth, and power through Fortunato Pharmaceuticals. As the heirs to the Usher dynasty start mysteriously dying, past secrets come to light.
Flanagan directs four episodes of the series with Michael Fimognari (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Before I Wake) directing the remaining four. Trevor Macy (Oculus, Doctor Sleep) executive produces with Flanagan for Intrepid Pictures. Emmy Grinwis (The Mosquito Coast, Snowfall) and Fimognari also executive produce.
