Netflix released the trailer for its new crime comedy starring Will Arnett (BoJack Horseman), titled Murderville, according to Variety. The six-episode first season stars Haneefah Wood (Zoe Ever After), Lilian Bowden (Andi Mack), and Phillip Smithey (The Wedding Do Over), alongside Arnett.
Taking on a unique format for a TV series, Murderville will star Arnett as Terry Seattle – a senior homicide detective who works to solve a murder case in every episode with a different celebrity guest star. However, the guest star will not be given a script to work from. The celebrity guest stars for this season include Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick), Annie Murphy (Schitt’s Creek), Conan O’Brien (Conan), Ken Jeong (The Hangover), Marshawn Lynch (Westworld), and Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct).
The trailer, which is available below, shows Arnett guiding his guest stars through new developments in each bizarre murder case. Murderville will premiere on Netflix on February 3.
