The show takes place in the early 11th century and tells the legendary adventures of some of the most famous Vikings who lived. Vikings Valhalla focuses on Leif’s and Freydis’ stories as they navigate the unfamiliar Viking world, attempting to get justice for a crime committed against Freydis. When Freydis’ justice leads to a public assassination, the siblings are forced to split up and pay for the damage they did. Leif is pushed into a war against England while Freydis must go to the Viking Temple in Uppsala and try to save what remains of the Viking religion.
