Netflix has announced that the upcoming fourth season of the series Manifest will be released on November 4th and have released a new teaser trailer. The show was originally aired on NBC, which cancelled the series in 2021 before the show was moved to Netflix and picked up for a fourth and final season by the streaming service.
The upcoming fourth season of Manifest will be split into two parts with part one consisting of ten episodes. Season one of the series spent 16 weeks on the Netflix top ten chart and reappeared on the chart during the week of July 4-10, as noted by Variety. Season two and three appeared on the chart the following week.
Deadline provided a description of Manifest’s upcoming final season: “Two years after the brutal murder of Grace turned their lives upside down, the Stone family is in shambles as a devastated Ben continues to mourn his wife and search for his kidnapped daughter, Eden. Consumed by his grief, Ben has stepped down from his role as co-captain of the lifeboat, leaving Michaela to captain it alone, a near impossible feat with the passengers’ every move now being monitored by a government registry. As the Death Date draws closer and the passengers grow desperate for a path to survival, a mysterious passenger arrives with a package for Cal that changes everything they know about Flight 828 and will prove to be the key to unlocking the secret of the Callings in this compelling, mind-bending, and deeply emotional journey.”
The series stars Melissa Roxburgh (I Still Believe), Josh Dallas (Once Upon A Time), J.R. Ramirez (Jessica Jones), Luna Blaise (Fresh Off The Boat), Ty Doran (All Night), Parveen Kaur (Through Black Spruce), Matt Long (Sydney White), Holly Taylor (The Americans), and Daryl Edwards (Thirteen Conversations About One Thing).
Manifest is created by Jeff Rake (The Tomorrow People), who serves as showrunner and executive produces alongside Jack Rapke (Monster House), Jackie Levine (The Walk), and Len Goldstein (Cult).
