Deadline noted that the full list of the Actor Awards, formally known as the Screen Actor Guild awards, nominations are out.. There are 15 categories, six in the motion pictures and nine in television.

According to Deadline, The Studio leads all TV nominations with five, including Best Ensemble. The Apple TV-produced series won big at last year’s Emmy Awards, coveting 13 wins including Outstanding Comedy Series. In the same category is ABC’s Abbott Elementary, Hulu’s The Bear, HBO Max’s Hacks and last year’s winner, Only Murders in the Building, from Hulu. The nominees for TV Drama Ensemble are, Netflix’s The Diplomat, Paramount+’s Landman, HBO Max’s The Pitt (winner of the Emmy in the same category), Apple TV’s second season of Severance and HBO’s The White Lotus.

According to Deadline, the Actors Awards does not have a category for a limited series ensemble this year, but Netflix’s Adolescence got four individual nominations: Owen Cooper (Film Club, Adolescence), Stephen Graham (A Thousand Blows, Animol), Erin Doherty (Reawakening, Firebrand) and Christine Tremarco (The Gathering, The Window).

The announcement was streamed live on Netflix by Janelle James (Strip Law, SuperDuper Bunny League), from Abbott Elementary and Connor Storrie (April X, Riley) from Heated Rivalry. Deadline reports that on Sunday, March 1, the winners will be announced and live-streamed on Netflix. Amongst the ceremony’s is Harrison Ford (Captain America: Brave New World, Shrinking) who will be presented with the SAG-AFTRA Lifetime Achievement Award. This is the Screen Actors Guild’s highest honor, recognizing a single actor’s career as well as their humanitarian accomplishments.
