NBC is set to captivate audiences and draw potential subscribers to its sister platform, Peacock, by airing the premiere episode of the highly anticipated drama The Day of the Jackal. According to Deadline, the pilot will debut on Monday, December 30, at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
Starring Eddie Redmayne (The Theory of Everything) as the Jackal, a professional assassin who takes on high-stakes assignments for top-paying clients, the series follows his journey after a particularly critical mission. His path collides with a determined British intelligence officer, played by Lashana Lynch (No Time to Die), sparking a gripping game of cat-and-mouse across Europe.
