Deadline reports that Cera will play John, “a farmer and chef who is always honest and to the point.”
Schumer will release the show under Endeavor Content, with executive producers Kevin Kane (Expecting Amy), Daniel Powell (Astronomy Club) and Ryan McFaul (Crashing), according to Deadline.
Cera is best known as George-Michael Bluth from the acclaimed Fox series Arrested Development. His film credits include Superbad, Juno, and The Lego Batman Movie 2. In recent years he has been seen on Broadway, starring in the plays This is Our Youth, Lobby Hero and The Waverly Gallery, all by Kenneth Lonergan (You Can Count On Me).
