Max has begun 2025 by removing some of these iconic DC series: Teen Titans Go!, Ed, Edd n’ Eddy and so many more, Comicbook.com reports exclusively. The streaming service has gone over a few modifications in its catalog since it first debuted, and now it seems like most Cartoon Network series are completely gone. This happened especially to animated series, and users have noticed most of their favorite series being gone.
According to Comicbook.com, it was previously reported that Max would be removing lot of DC animated series by the end of 2024/beginning of 2025. If anyone is interested in knowing which series were removed, the complete list is available to view below:
- Teen Titans
- Teen Titans Go! (seasons one to seven)
- Ed, Edd n’ Eddy
- The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy
- Green Lantern: The Animated Series
- The Looney Tunes Show
- Static Shock
According to Comicbook.com, some of these series that were removed surprised many users. Most of these classic Cartoon Network properties are now available to stream only on streaming services such as Hulu and Prime Video; however, they are no longer available on their parent streaming service.
According to Comicbook.com, Cartoon Network experienced a complete shutdown in 2024, mostly for its original website, last summer. Now, the iconic animation brand has made fans wonder what the future of their favorite animated series will be like.
One of the biggest surprises for fans, according to Comicbook.com, is the removal of the famous Warner Bros animated series Teen Titans Go!, as Max currently has only the most recent season of the animated series for streaming, which now includes episode 400. But, for fans who were in the middle of catching up with the animated series, it’s now impossible to continue doing so on Max. They will have to continue doing so on other streaming services. As the streaming platform heads into 2025, fans are now engaged to see which other series will be removed as they continue shifting their TV catalog.
