‘Marvel’s Most Wanted’ Casts Oded Fehr and Fernanda Andrade

Marvel’s Most Wanted has cast Oded Fehr (Covert AffairsResident Evil: Extinction) and Fernanda Andrade (The Devil Inside, Red Widow) in the Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spinoff, Superhero Hype reports.

Marvel’s Most Wanted will follow Bobbi Morse, a.k.a. Mockingbird, (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) from Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The two ex-spies (and ex-spouses) are on the run from a lot of people who want them dead, and the only people they can trust are each other. On the run with nobody to help them, the duo forms a tenuous alliance with Dominic Fortune, who offers Bobbi and Hunter protection in exchange for them helping him further his own rogue agenda. While simultaneously working for Fortune as well as trying to solve the mystery of the conspiracy that has them on the run, Bobbi and Hunter also take time to help those in need.

The name of Oded’s character has not been released, but it is reported that he will play a character who is well-known in the Marvel universe. Oded’s character will also be an adversary for Bobbi and Hunter.

“When Oded came in to read for this part, we knew we found our guy,” said Jeph Loeb, Executive Producer and Head of Marvel Television, according to Superhero Hype. “He carries with him a villainous charm that will strike perfectly for this role.”

Fernanda Andrade will play Christina Santos, Dominic Fortune’s niece. Santos is described as a tough yet mysterious woman who works with Fortune to protect Bobbi and Hunter as long as it is in their best interest.

“We needed our Christina to be a strong, beautiful woman who could be a partner to our Dominic Fortune,” said Loeb. “Fernanda brings that and so much more to the role and we’re thrilled to have her.”

Jeffrey Bell (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Angel) and Paul Zbyszewski (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Lost) wrote and created Marvel’s Most Wanted. Bell, Zbyszewski, and Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Agent Carter, Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones) will executive produce.
