Love Life star and executive producer Anna Kendrick (Pitch Perfect), fellow actor Zoë Chao (Where’d You Go, Bernadette) and other executive producers Sam Boyd (Flower), Bridget Bedard (Transparent) and Paul Feig (Ghostbusters, Bridesmaids) will participate in an exclusive Q&A and screening of the HBO Max series, according to Variety. The event will take place on July 2 at 8 PM ET in the Variety Streaming Room presented by HBO Max. It will be moderated by Angelique Jackson, events and lifestyles producer at Variety.
Love Life has been recently renewed for second season by HBO Max, however first season lead actress Anna Kendrick will return to the season two with a reduced role. Each season will focus on a new leading character. The first season followed Kendrick’s character Debby Carter as she explores relationships in her life. Romantic comedy series creator and co-showrunner Sam Boyd intends to follow a different protagonist’s journey with romance each season; each half-hour episode will reveal the story of one of their relationships. The event screening site describes the series as a “journey from first love to last love, and how the people we’re with along the way make us into who we are when we finally end up with someone forever.”
The Variety Streaming Room allows for virtual conversation encompassing private screenings of future projects in television and film as well as exclusive Q&As with cast and crew.
