

According to AMC+, officially announced the third season to their highly popular spin-off series, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, which follows the journey of Daryl, played by Norman Reedus (Ballerina, Blade II), who tries to return back home after being captured and taken to France. Along his journey Daryl has met with old and new companions alike such as Carol, played by Melissa McBride (The Mist, The Happys), Isabelle Carriere, played by Clémence Poésy (Tenet, The Tunnel) and Losang, played by Joel de la Fuente (Hemlock Grove, Brief Reunion).
According to the AMC press release, The released photos for the approaching season showcases new faces that Darly and Carolwill meet, which will include Eduardo Noriega (Vantage Point, Thesis), Óscar Jaenada (The Shallows, The Losers) and Alexandra Masangkay (The Platform, Control Room), who will be regulars in the third season. These new additions could lead to further character development between Daryl and Carol.










According to AMC, a teaser was released and offers a glimpse into the upcoming journey of the duo, which will include encountering more zombies and exploring a new location filmed in Spain. Season three will challenge them further as their mission to return home appears to slip further from their grasp. While they have already explored the landscapes of France, the events of the season two finale, where they defeated the main antagonist Genet, played by Anne Charrier (Maison Close, The Eclipse), lead them to a mysterious tunnel that they must traverse to reach this new destination.
The success of the spin-off has demonstrated the franchise’s lasting appeal. It offers a fresh perspective while maintaining the core elements that fans love. As fans eagerly await more information about the upcoming season, which is set to premiere on September 7, they can catch up by streaming the entire first two seasons of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon along with all other installments of the franchise on AMC+.
