According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hulu’s spinoff of original comedy series Letterkenny, Shoresy for a fifth season. This news comes before the series airs the sixth episode fourth season which will be available on the streamer on February 26.
The production for the fifth season comes from Canadian indie producer New Metric Media from creator Jared Keeso (I Love You, Beth Cooper) and will start this spring.
Shorsey is a Canadian Television comedy that is a spinoff of the popular series Letterkenny that focuses on one character from the original series. The series sees the character of Shorsey move out of Letterkenny to help a struggling hockey team named the Sudbury Bulldogs.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the fourth season of the series will see Shorsey as he explores life after hockey, and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs. *Spoiler ahead* The third season concluded with Shoresy deciding to end his competitive hockey career after enduring a string of injuries.
Keeso writes the screenplay for the series and executive produces the series along with Mark Montefiore (The Soup or the Window) and Kara Haflidson (Children Ruin Everything). Dan (Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City) and Sean Skene (Bad Romance: The Vicky White Story) will return to direct the fifth season.
