The singer has filmed a holiday special episode with her “littlest monsters”.
The Los Angeles Times has reported that Lady Gaga will bring the Muppets back to TV on Thanksgiving in a 90-minute musical episode called Lady Gaga and The Muppets’ Holiday Spectacular.
The singer has a great deal of history with the show and its little animals – she even took ‘Kermit The Frog’ as her date to the 2009 VMAs! – so she showed herself very enthused about the upcoming episode, saying “Can’t wait to see the gang again, and I hope Miss Piggy’s still not mad about Kermit. We’re just friends!”.
In this special, not only will Gaga sing her own songs with the Muppets, but other artists Sir Elton John, RuPaul, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Kristen Bell will make appearances, musical or not.
The episode will air on November 28 (Thanksgiving Day) on ABC, from 9.30 to 11 p.m. ET.
