Keke Palmer has landed a recurring role on season two of Showtime’s Masters of Sex, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The actress-singer will play Coral, a nanny hired by the masters William Masters (Michael Sheen) and Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan), to care for their new baby.
The series chronicles the unusual lives of two pioneers of human sexuality, showing their issues of romance and pop culture trajectory along the way.
Palmer can next be seen in the Drew Barrymore-produced horror film Animal, which has a release date of June 2014. She also stars in Queen Latifah’s Brotherly Love and Imperial Dreams, which both debuted at Sundance.
Production of season two of Masters of Sex begins later this month in Los Angeles.
