The Good Wife actress Julianna Margulies will be going to trial. Huffington Post reports that the lawsuit against her has enough evidence to go to court.
D/F Management has accused Margulies of breaking away from the group without paying their 10 percent commission for solidifying her a spot both on the Good Wife and as a spokesperson for L’Oreal, according to Huffington Post.
Her managers are asking for $420,000 in back compensation as well as a piece of her future earnings.
