The Argentine actor has joined Dallas for its upcoming third season.
The Hollywood Reporter learned today that the Camp alum is joining TNT’s remake show as a regular next season.
Di Pace will play Nicolas Trevino, a very wealthy, self-made businessman who has a difficult past and is expected to bring some trouble for Bobby, Sue Ellen and company. While he is a good guy and a charmer on the outside, Trevino also hides a darker side.
Juan Pablo’s resumé is composed mostly of Spanish-language movies and TV shows, although he starred on Camp this summer and in the 2008 movie Mamma Mia!
On related casting news, Dallas also recently cast AnnaLynne McCord (90210) to appear on some episodes of the third season, which is expected to air on the beginning of 2014.
