British commercial broadcaster ITV has inked a multi-year agreement to air the James Bond movie catalog.
The U.K.’s most watched commercial channel, ITV, has signed a deal with MGM International Television Distribution to bring back the James Bond films. All 23 movies, including Daniel Craig’s Skyfall, will be back for free to TV viewers in the U.K.
The multi-year deal marks a return of the Bond catalog to ITV. Films will be showcased across ITV, ITV2, and ITV4. ITV will have the free-to-air premiere of Skyfall in 2014.
“MGM is thrilled to partner again with ITV to bring James Bond home to UK audiences,“ said Chris Ottinger, President, International Television Distribution & Acquisitions, MGM. “The Bond franchise is a jewel in the MGM library and we are delighted to share the films with the viewers across the United Kingdom.”
