‘It’s Florida, Man.’ Season Two Brings Bigger Guest Stars And Wilder Stories To HBO November 28

According to the official HBO Max announcement, the blockbuster comedy It’s Florida, Manwill return for a second season on November 28 with an even more wild blend of true-crime ridiculousness, real-life legend, and Florida-style anarchy. The new batch of episodes promises a slew of celebrity guest appearances, crazy headlines brought to life, and the same biting, tongue-in-cheek comedy that made the show a hit with viewers last season.

As revealed by HBO Max on the official press release, the guest lineup this year includes Adam DeVine (Workaholics, Pitch Perfect), Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip, Haunted Mansion), Edi Patterson (The Righteous Gemstones, Knives Out 2), Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense, What We Do in the Shadows), and Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit, Our Flag Means Death). They’re joined by Bert Kreischer (The Machine, The Cabin with Bert Kreischer), Johnny Knoxville (Jackass Forever, Reboot), Rita Ora (Fifty Shades Freed, Pokémon: Detective Pikachu), Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire, Joker), Nick Swardson (Reno 911!, The Wrong Missy), Holmes (Starstruck, Taskmaster NZ), and Joel Kim Booster (Fire Island, Loot), rounding out a star-studded cast that pushes the series’ anything-goes energy even further.

As stated by HBO Max official press release, each episode of It’s Florida, Man. season two features a different Florida Man myth retold with a mix of reenactment, improvisation, and pure chaos. The premiere episode, Speedy, centers on a small-town criminal plotting to hijack a casino boat after losing his dog to state authorities. Another standout, Pizza Man,debuts December 5, following a Pensacola partygoer who wakes up half-dressed inside a pizza shop. Additional episodes including Cuckoo Girl, Bigfoot, Moonshine, and Crushed dive into everything from moonshine misadventures to doomed online romances.

Behind the camera, HBO Max confirms through the official press release that It’s Florida, Man. was created by Mark Herwick and Jeff Tomsic (Tag, The Detour), who directs several installments this season. Danny McBride (Eastbound & Down, Vice Principals) and Brandon James return as executive producers under their Rough House Pictures banner, continuing their collaboration with the network.

Season 2 of It’s Florida, Man. launches on HBO and is exclusively available on HBO Max, as per to the official press release. With larger personalities, wilder storylines, and the kind of unvarnished humor that only Florida can generate, this season is sure to keep fans laughing and cringing into the new year.
