

Hulu’s The Testament first season has crossed 45 million hours streamed. According to Deadline, the series has also been renewed for a second season.
For those who don’t know, the series is a sequel to Hulu’s The Handmaiden’s Tale where three radically different women who are plotting to bring down a corrupt system from the inside. The main characters are Agnes, Daisy, and Aunt Lydia. According to Deadline, the season consisted of ten episodes and April 15, the fourth episode had a 20% viewership increase and when the series was streamed globally the series was able to gather over 11 million hours for over eight days across Hulu and Disney+. When episode eight was released the viewership went up by 76% and the ninth episode was able to amass an average of 88% on Rotten Tomatoes.
