Hulu reveals their 2014 lineup with supernatural comedy Deadbeat and re-upping teen drama East Los High.
According to Deadline, Deadbeat premieres on Hulu on April 9. Troy Miller directs the series and it is the first co-production with Lionsgate TV. Hulu also re-upped East Los High for a second season. It will distribute reality TV spoof The Hotwives of Orlando hailing from Paramount Digital Entertainment. The Hotwives include Casey Wilson, Angela Kinsey, Kristen Schaal, Tymberlee Hill, Danielle Schneider, and Andrea Savage.
Others set to be release on Hulu include original Scandinavian drama series The Bridge, which was recently adapted by FX for US Audiences, Canadian reality dance drama The Next Step, and Chris O’Dowd’s second season comedy semi-autobiographical Moone Boy. Other second seasons to be released include The Awesomes, Behind The Mask and Quick Draw. Tom Hollander will return to Rev. on season three.
