

According to Deadline, Hulu has set the premiere date for the upcoming King of the Hill revival, along with a new credit sequence. The adult animated season will return for a 14th season on the Hulu streaming service and will air on the stream on August 4, 15 years after it was last on the air. The new season of the series will have a total of 10 new episodes showcasing many changes for the Hill family and their neighbors.

As per Deadline, the new season picks up several years after the original series concluded. Hank and Peggy Hill are now retired and return to a changed Arlen after years of working in Saudi Arabia, and Bobby is 21 and living his best life while navigating adulthood as a chef in Dallas.
King of the Hill was created by Mike Judge (Beavis and Butt-Head, Common Side Effects) and Greg Daniels (The Paper, Parks and Recreation) and is set in the fictional Arlen, Texas. The series follows the Hill family, which includes Hank Hill seller of propane and propane accessories; his wife, Peggy Hill, local Boggle champ and Spanish substitute teacher; and their son, Bobby Hill, who was the complete opposite of what his father wanted him to be.

The cast of the series includes Judge as Hank Hill, Kathy Najimy (Hocus Pocus, Sister Act) as Peggy Hill, Pamela Adlon (Better Things, Mid-Century Modern) as Bobby Hill, Johnny Hardwick (The Monster Hunter, Ruta Awakening) as Dale Gribble, Stephen Root (Office Space, Barry) as Bill Dauterive, Lauren Tom (When a Man Loves a Woman, Andi Mack) as Minh, and Toby Huss (Down Periscope, City of Lies) as Kahn.
The series is part of 20th Television Animation, is executive produced by Judge and Daniels along side producer and showrunner Saladin Patterson (The Wonder Years, Dave).
King of the Hill ran for 13 seasons with over 250 episodes on Fox. All seasons now stream on Hulu.
