The streaming service Hulu has announced that they have captured the distribution rights for the comedy series Everyone Is Doing Great and released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming program, according to Deadline. The series is created by James Lafferty (One Tree Hill) and Stephen Colletti (One Tree Hill) and is a continuation of the duo’s premiere of its first two episodes at the 2018 ATX Television Festival. This upcoming Hulu series is set to premiere its eight-episode season on the streaming service on January 13, 2021.
Everyone Is Doing Great features the interconnected lives of two television actors Seth and Jeremy who starred in a hit vampire series titled Eternal. The Hulu series centers on the duo five years following the show’s conclusion and focuses on their relationship as they struggle with the fading vision of fame and life’s troubles. Colletti stars as Seth while Lafferty portrays the other actor Jeremy in the Hulu original series. Additional cast includes Alexandra Park (The Royals) as Jeremy’s wife Andrea in addition to Karissa Lee Staples (Necessary Roughness) and Cariba Heine (H20: Just Add Water) in unspecified roles.
The upcoming Hulu series features Michelle Lang, Johnny Derango, Rocque Trem, and Ian and Eshom Nelms as executive producers.
