Two of the streaming service Hulu’s adult-animated series, Solar Opposites and Crossing Swords, have received renewals, according to Deadline. The two series recently premiered on the streaming platform in the spring of 2020 with Solar Opposites’ first season debuting on May 8 and Crossing Swords release its episodes on June 12. Prior to its debut, Solar Opposites was under a two-season order which has now been extended with the additional thirteen-episode third season renewal. Solar Opposites was created by Justin Roiland (Rick and Morty) and Mike McMahan (Star Trek: Lower Decks) and introduced itself to the streaming world as Hulu’s highest watched original comedy of all-time. The Hulu adult-animated series follows an alien family that has left its superior planet and have found their way to a small Middle American setting on Earth. The family includes Korvo voiced by Roiland, Terry voiced by Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley), Yumyulack voiced by Sean Giambrone (Kim Possible, The Goldbergs), and Jesse who is voiced by Mary Mack (Aqua Teen Hunger Force).
