According to Deadline, HBO released teaser trailer of True Detective: Night Country, the fourth installment of the crime anthology series, True Detective. Warner Bros. Discovery revealed the trailer today in Los Angeles at the unveiling of the Max streaming service.
True Detective: Night Country will follow detectives Liz Danvers and Evangeline Navarro as they are forced to confront haunted secrets and the darkness within themselves while attempting to solve the case of the disappearance of eight men who operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station in Ennis, Alaska.
The series stars Kali Reis (Black Files, Catch the Fair One), Jodie Foster (Taxi Driver, The Accused), Christopher Eccleston (Doctor Who, Accused), John Hawkes (The Sessions, Winter’s Bone), Joel D. Montgrand (Beans, Birth of the Dragon), Fiona Shaw (The Avengers, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban), Aka Niviâna (True Detective, Borgen), Isabella Star Lablanc (True Detective, Long Slow Exhale), Finn Bennett (Kiri, Hope Gap), and Anna Lambe (Three Pines, Trickster).
