A new trailer for the new HBO Max show Raised By Wolves is available to watch, according to TV Line. The series comes from director Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner) and premieres on the new streaming service, HBO Max, on September 3rd.
The first trailer for the show gave a peek into the post-war world of Raised By Wolves and briefly introduced its audience to a few of the series’ main characters.
This new trailer focuses on the character Mother and her relationship with her human children. In the trailer, there’s a sneak peek at how the androids gave birth to their children and their efforts to protect them. The androids, Mother and Father, have been given the task to start a new planet of humans after the Earth gets destroyed. Religious differences between the surviving members of humanity and the robots that threaten the new world. The androids struggle to keep possession of their human kids.
Amanda Collin (A Horrible Woman) and Abubakar Salim (Jamestown) play Mother and Father, respectively, to the new colony of human children. Travis Fimmel (Vikings) plays the role of Marcus and is the antagonist to the story. He leads the remaining humans as he tries to destroy the androids because its a sin for the children to be raised by robots.
