According to Warner Bros Discovery, the Emmy-award-winning series The White Lotus renews for a fourth season. The season will stream on HBO on Sunday, February 16, 9:00-10:00 pm ET/PT on February 16. The series explores the lives of wealthy guests and the staff at luxury resorts, delving into themes of privilege, power dynamics, and human vulnerability.
According to Variety, it is unclear where the series will take place or if any of the cast members will return. However, the creator Mike White(School of Rock, Migration) has ideas pitched that were revealed in November. The renewal was announced before season 3 which will be premiering on Feb.16. Season 3 will take in Thailand the only returning cast member from Season 1 was Natasha Rothwell, who played the spa manager Belinda Lindsey(Insecure, A Year Ago) and Jennifer Coolidge( Legally Blonde, A Cinderella Story)will reprise her role as Tanya McQuoid in the second season.
The season follows a troubled group of rich and privileged vacationers at the White Lotus resort as their exploits intersect, the hotel staff. Both seasons involve a murder mystery.
The series won 15 Emmys for two seasons, including Outstanding Limited Series for season one.
