HBO and Cinemax Confirm Panels For Four Shows, Including ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Silicon Valley’, at San Diego Comic-Con 2016

HBO has confirmed that their original programs Game of ThronesSilicon Valley, and Vice Principals, along with the Cinemax original series Outcast, will all be holding panels and autograph sessions at Comic-Con International: 2016.

Comic-Con will be held at the San Diego Convention Center from July 21 to July 24, with a preview night being held on July 20.

Game of Thrones has just finished its 6th season on HBO this past Sunday and with such big revelations and heavy events, fans are undoubtedly itching to asks the cast and creators about whats to come for the show, and how those involved feel about it. The panel for the show will be held on Friday, July 22 at 2:15 p.m. and will be comprised of executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, director of the highest rated episodes of the show (“Battle of the Bastards”, “The Winds of Winter”) Michael Sapochnik, and cast members John Bradley (Samwell Tarly), Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos Seaworth), Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei), Isaac Hemptstead Wright (Bran Stark), Conleth Hill (Varys), Faye Marsay (The Waif), Kristian Nairn (Hodor), Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton) and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark). The autograph signing will take place later that day at 4:15 p.m..

Silicon Valley also wrapped up its 3rd season, following the conclusion of Game of Thrones, on HBO that will ensure a huge interest for the show at the event. The panel for the show will take place on Thursday, July 21 at 4:00 p.m. and will include co-creator/executive producer Mike Judge (King of the Hill), executive producer Alec Berg, and cast members Thomas Middleditch (Richard), Kumail Nanjiani (Dinesh), Zach Woods (Jared), Martin Starr (Gilfoyle) and Amanda Crew (Monica). The panel will be moderated Dan Snierson (Entertainment Weekly). The autograph signing for the show will take place the same day at 5:30 p.m..

The new HBO original comedy Vice Principals is scheduled to premiere on July 17 and centers around a high school and the two vice principals (Danny McBride and Walton Goggins) caught in a harsh rivalry to become the next principal. The panel for the show will occur on Saturday, July 23 at 2:30 p.m. and will include executive producers and creators Danny McBride and Jody Hill, and co-star Walton Goggins. The panel will be moderated by Matt Mira of Nerdist Podcast. The autograph signing will happen later on at 6:00 p.m..

Cinemax’s latest horror drama series Outcast, which premiered back in May, is based on the Skybound/Image comic of the same name and follows the story of Kyle Barnes, a young man who has suffered from an unexplained possession since childhood, who now seeks to find the answer behind his horrors. The panel is scheduled for Saturday, July 23 at 5:15 p.m. and will feature creator and executive producer Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead), showrunner Chris Black, and cast members Patrick Fugit (Kyle Barnes), Philip Glenister (Reverend Anderson), Wrenn Schmidt (Megan Holter), Reg E. Cathey (Chief Giles) and Brent Spiner (Sidney). Scott Aukerman (Comedy Bang! Bang!) will moderate the panel. The autograph signing will take place prior to the panel at 4:15 p.m..
