

The fan favorite animated series, Futurama is back with new seasons and episodes. According to Comicbook, the series follows Phillip J Fry, voiced by Billy West (Space Jam, Disenchantment), who accidentally cryogenically freezes himself and into 1000 years into the future, he also become a delivery worker with many others for Planet Express.
Other characters that we will see traveling alongside Fry will be Leela, voiced by Katey Sagal (Smart House, Pitch Perfect 2) Bender, voiced by John DiMaggio (Madagascar, Chowder) and the other characters within the company. Reported by Comicbook, the official synopsis for the season episodes states,”Bender is rampaging out of control! A volcano is about to explode! Fry confronts a rival for Leela’s love! And Dr. Zoidberg is rising up to heaven?! The excitement might be too much! You’ve been warned… it’s an all new season of ‘Futurama’!”
As stated by Comicbook, along with the exciting, fans can also expect the group to encounter new dangerous along their journey and interacting with new and returning side characters. The series co creator, David X had spoken at this year San-Deigo Comic-Con about what this seasons will be about,”Our next series finale next year is going to explore a little more of the backstory of Fry and his brother as kids.” The revival series also see to tackle modern day problems through a futuristic lens, proving that the show’s humor and heart are as relevant as ever.
While waiting on the the 13th season which is scheduled to air on September 15, all previous seasons of Futurama is available to stream on Hulu. According to Comicbook, once it premieres, all ten gripping episodes will be available, providing viewers with the ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in the series. There is another option for cable tv viewers, who can watch it on FXX with the first two episodes available, with new episodes release every Monday.
