Get Obsessed With Netflix’s Official Trailer, ‘Vladimir’

Netflix has dropped the official trailer for its new series Vladimir. This series will feature dark comedy and drama to anyone to watch. The series is filled with twists and has academy award winner Rachel Weisz (Dead Ringers, Black Widow).

For those who are unaware, the series tells a story about a woman who develops an obsession with her coworker and is determined to make her fantasies real, resulting in dark, humorous, and complicated situations. The series is an adaptation of the novel under the same name. According to TUDUM by Netflix, the protagonist is a writing educator who is in an open marriage with her husband, however he is facing allegations of sexual assault from the college that he and the main character have worked at for decades. With this information out in the open the main character’s relationship and reputation are left for scrutinization. Later on in the series the main character meets Vladimir a new teacher and the source of her obsession. It is here that the main character will stop at nothing to make sure that Vladimir is hers and hers alone.

The cast consists of Kayli Carter (Couples Retreat, A Complete Unknown), Elisa Moolecherry (Memento Mori, Potluck Ladies), Weisz (Dead Ringers, Black Widow), Leo Woodall (Nuremberg, Tuner), John Slattery (Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass, The Last Frontier), Jessica Henwick (Silo, The Land of Sometimes), Matt Walsh (Relationship Goals, Ghosts), Miriam Silverman (Landman, Sacrifice), Tattiawna Jones (Wayward, Dinner with Friends), Mallori Johnson (Steal Away, Genius), Ellen Robertson (Too Much, Mickey 17), Samuel Israilov (Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, DMV), Louise Lambert (Murdoch Mysteries, Ginny & Georgia), and Andre Reiter (Reacher, The Boys). The series will be produced by Chris Pavoni (Dead Boy Detectives, Supergirl), Kate Robin (Dead to Me, One Mississippi), and Shari Springer Berman (Only Murders in the Building, The Four Seasons).

The series is set to premiere on March 5, 2026. You will be able to stream this series exclusively on Netflix.
