FX Releases Teaser Trailer for ‘American Horror Story: Delicate’

According to Deadline, FX has released new teaser trailer for the 12th season of American Horror Story, which is titled American Horror Story: Delicate. Part One of the season will debut on FX on September 20. It is currently unknown how the episodes will be split between the two parts.

AHS: Delicate will star Emma Roberts (Scream Queens, We’re the Millers), Cara Delavingne (Carnival Row, Only Murders in the Building), Zachary Quinto (Star Trek Into Darkness, Margin Call), Julie Monk (Songwriting with Soldiers: Scott, American Horror Story), Debra Monk (New Amsterdam, Mozart in the Jungle), Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (The Carrie Diaries, Pose), Annabelle Dexter-Jones (Cecile on the Phone, Josie & Jack), Matt Czuchry (Gilmore Girls, The Resident), Odessa A’zion (Wayne, Ghosts), and Kim Kardashian (Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Kardashians).

The season is said to be an updated feminist take on Rosemary’s Baby and partially based on the thriller novel Delicate Condition written by Danielle Valentine (Delicate Condition, How to Survive Your Murder). The novel follows a woman who is convinced that there is a sinister figure who is going to great lengths to stop her pregnancy from happening. The series will follow Anna Alcott, a talented actress who, like in the novel, becomes convinced that a sinister being is attempting to stop her pregnancy.

AHS: Delicate comes from Ryan Murphy (Glee, Scream Queens) and Brad Falchuck (9-1-1, The Politician). Halley Feiffer (It had to Be You, Margot at the Wedding) will serve as showrunner.

Another upcoming installment in the American Horror Story franchise is the American Horror Stories Halloween event, which debuts on Hulu on October 26. American Horror Stories season one debuted on Hulu on July 15, 2021.

American Horror Story first debuted with season one on FX on October 5, 2011. Previous seasons are available to stream on Hulu.
