Louis C.K. signed a deal with FX Productions and brought A-List comedian Zach Galifianakis along.
According to Deadline, Louis C.K. wants to guide other creators as their projects get moving.
“I can’t wait to see who he brings through our door,” FX Networks CEO John Landgraf said.
FX ordered a comedy pilot created by and starring Galifianakis and co written by Louis C.K.
This untitled project is the first to come from Louis C.K. and his company’s Pig Newton deal with FX productions. Both Galifianakis and Louis C.K. will executive produce with Blair Breard, Dave Becky, Andrea Pett-Joseph and Marc Gurvitz.
This is the 12th comedy pilot FX has green-lit for both FX and FXX.
