

FX has released a trailer for Ryan Murphy’s (9-1-1, Monster: The Ed Gein Story) upcoming horror drama series called The Beauty. The series will follow a rich billionaire who is trying to promote his latest drug in the beauty industry.
According to TVLine, the series is set in the world of high fashion where FBI agents are investigating a mysterious set of deaths that involve supermodels. The official synopsis reads, “As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, but with terrifying consequences.” The source behind all this chaos is drug that with one shot can make anyone effortlessly beautiful. However, this is no miracle product for this drug has side effects as in the trailer people who taken the drug enter into fits of rage and become increasingly violent towards anyone.
