USA Network anthology series The Sinner has cast Frances Fisher (Watchmen) in its fourth season, according to Variety. The series follows detective Harry Ambrose as he ventures to solve mysterious murders in a small town.
In a statement, producer Michelle Purple (The Book of Love) said that she was “super excited” about the Watchmen actor join the cast of The Sinner in its upcoming season, alongside fellow new addition Alice Kremelberg (The Trial of the Chicago 7), according to Variety. Fisher’s other credits include her role as Jane Crawford on the award-winning HBO adaptation of Watchmen, Rose’s mother in Titanic, and also for her appearances in Resurrection, The Killing, Torchwood, and Eureka.
The debut season of The Sinner earned Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for star Jessica Biel (7th Heaven) and a Golden Globe nomination for best miniseries or television film. The cast of the second season of the murder-mystery series included Bill Pullman (Independence Day), Carrie Coon (Gone Girl), and Tracy Letts (Ford v.
