Final Season Of ‘Cobra Kai’ Finally Announced And Fans Will Not Be Ready Of What To Expect

The wait is finally over! The highly anticipated final episodes of the beloved Netflix series Cobra Kai have a confirmed release date. According to Comicbook, the release date for the final episodes has been set for February 13, 2025, and all the episodes will be released on the same date. The series is a continuation of the first Karate Kid film, which was released back in 1984, and the news is bittersweet for longtime fans and has sent a shockwave throughout the fandom.

According to Comicbook, this will undoubtedly occur following the events of the second part, where the Miyagi squad travels to a national karate tournament called Sekai Taikai under the leadership of Daniel LaRusso, played by Ralph Macchio (The Karate Kid) and Johnny Lawrence played by William Zabka (Where Hope Grows). When an altercation breaks out between Robby LaRusso, played by Griffin Santopietro (Terrifier 2), Miguel, played by Xolo Maridueña (Blue Beetle) and Kwon, played by Brandon H. Lee (The Elementals), the competition descends into a full-scale riot. Unfortunately, the competition went too far, which resulted in the accidental death of Kwon, as he tried to kill Axel, played by Patrick Luwis (Rebel Moon).

The final season will surely deal with Kwon’s death, which the entire audience will watch happen, and the consequences of this action remain a mystery. According to Comicbook, this is not the end of the franchise, though, for when Cobra Kai ends, a new film dubbed Karate Kid: Legends will help bridge the gap between generations, as fans will witness Danny LaRusso sharing the screen with Mr. Han, played by Jackie Chan (Rush Hour), who appeared in the 2010 version of Karate Kid.

The final season will surely promise viewers a hopeful conclusion through the series and show each character forging their path at the end. While fans await the release of the final episodes, the previous seasons are available to stream on Netflix.
