Fan-Beloved NBC Series’ ‘The Office’ Stars Exclusively Reveal The Names Of The Children Of Characters Michael And Holly That Never Aired In The Series’ Finale

The Office stars Jenna Fischer (Mean Girls, A Little Help) and Angela Kinsey (Tall Girl, Haters Back Off) have revealed for the first time ever the names of the children of characters Michael and Holly in their Office Ladies Podcast, TVLine reports. They explained that the scene in which the names were going to be mentioned for the audience was cut and it was in the series finale episode. According to Kinsey and Fischer, the scene was never filmed in the first place.
In the scene, according to TVLine, Holly, played by Amy Ryan (Wolfs, Only Murders in the Building), would have shared that the couple had “two sons: Chebonshur and Lowshebin. Michael named them. He said it was based on the feeling he had when he first saw them.” All of this scene was supposed to happen with the show’s usual talking-head interview for the characters.

Holly was supposed to be holding her two sons in this scene, Fischer says, via TVLine. The real reason why the scene was never filmed is that Ryan’s schedule wasn’t allowing her to make an appearance in the finale, so the scene was officially scrapped. However, Steve Carell (Despicable Me, Crazy, Stupid, Love) was able to appear in the finale for the first time since he left the show in season seven. Michael Scott surprised Dwight and Angela by appearing at their wedding. The scene was quoted: “Michael, I can’t believe you came,” Dwight said through tears, as Michael replied his iconic one-liner, “That’s what she said.”

During the Office series finale, according to TVLine, Michael explained excitedly to Pam how he had a family with Holly now, after he felt like he was unlucky in love for years. Pam explained to viewers that Michael has photos of his kids, maybe too many…so he had to use two different phones, with two bills by stating, “He’s just so happy to have a family plan.”
