‘Euphoria’ Season Three Trailer Is Setting A New Record Within Two Days

In just one week HBO’s Euphoria will return and we will continue to see Rue’s journey in the third season. The trailer dropped back in March and has already set a record for the most views.

According to Deadline, the trailer was able to amass 157M views within 48 hours. This made the trailer the most watched returning trailer in HBO history. This isn’t the first time an HBO trailer was able to rack up huge amount of views. For instance, last year The Last of Us season two trailer had delivered a trailer that had 158M views in just three days. Back in 2019 the trailer for the final season of Game of Thrones was historically known for having 81M views in just one day.

For those who don’t know, Euphoria tells a story about a 17 year old addict named Rue, who must navigate sobriety, friendship, and trauma in modern day California. For the third season we will see a time skip set several years after the main characters have graduated high school. The trailer shows glimpses of many of the returning characters and what’s in store for them when it comes to the third season. The series has left a lasting impression on the audience and there is no telling about how big the audience will be after the third season airs.

The cast consists of Zendaya (Dune: Part Three, Spider-Man: Brand New Day), Hunter Schafer (Mother Mary, Kinds of Kindness), Maude Apatow (Oh. What. Fun., One of Them Days), Jacob Elordi (Wuthering Heights, Frankenstein), Alexa Demie (Fantasmas, The Idol), Sydney Sweeney (The Housemaid, Christy), Nika King (Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot, The Rebel Girls), Eric Dane (Brilliant Minds, Countdown), Alaana Ubach (Family Guy, Ted), Paula Marshall (9-1-1, Chicago Med), Colman Domingo (The Four Seasons, The Running Man), Dominic Fike (Little Death, Earth Mama), Chloe Cherry (Don’t Trip, Blood Barn), Zak Steiner (Find Your Friends, A Breed Apart), and Martha Kelly (Fallout, Homebodies).

The third season is set to premiere on April 12, 2026. In the meantime, you can watch the first two seasons of the show on HBO Max, in order to get caught up.
