Disney+’s ‘The Santa Clauses’ Season Two Adds Tracy Morgan

Deadline reports that season two of Disney+’s The Santa Clauses has added Tracy Morgan (The Last O.G., The Tracy Morgan Show) as the Easter Bunny. Morgan and series creator Jack Burditt (Modern Family, Last Man Standing) previously worked together on 30 Rock. The Easter Bunny’s involvement in the plot is currently unknown.

The second season of The Santa Clauses follows the Calvin family back in the North Pole while Scott Calvin, played by Tim Allen (The Santa Clause, Last Man Standing), continuing his role as Santa Claus after he was unable to retire due to not finding a worthy successor in season one. Since they successfully saved Christmas, Scott has turned his attention towards training his son Cal to eventually take over and be Santa Claus.

Series regulars returning for season two will be Austin Kane (Criminal Minds, The Sex Lives of College Girls) as Cal Calvin Clause, Devin Bright (Monsters at Work, The Unicorn) as Noel, Elizabeth Allen-Dick (Made in Hollywood, The Kelly Clarkson Show) as Sandra Calvin Claus, and Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost, First Kiss) as Mrs. Claus/Carol. New series regulars include Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias (All That, Mr. Iglesias) as Kris “Kringle” Moreno and Eric Stonestreet (Modern Family, Domino Masters) as Magnus Antas/The Mad Santa.

Matilda Lawler (Station Eleven, The Gilded Age) will return to guest star as her role of Betty, Santa’s chief of staff. Other returning guest stars include Isabella Bennett (KidCoin, The Santa Clauses) as Edie, Laura San Giacomo (Just Shoot Me!, Saving Grace) as La Befana, Marta Kessler (The Mysterious Benedict Society, Psychologirls) as Olga, Ruby Jay (Hollie Hobby, What They Got Right) as Riley, Sasha Knight (Cowboys, Eureka!) as Crouton, and Liam Kyle (Fairly Odd Parents: Fairly Odder, Best Foot Forward) as Gary.

Burditt showruns as well as executive produces with Allen, Rick Messina (The Santa Clause, Jungle 2 Jungle), Jason Winer (Arthur, Ode to Joy), Kevin Hench (Cristela, Mr. Iglesias), Richard Baker (The Santa Clause 2, Last Man Standing), and Jon Radler (Perfect Harmony, The Big Leap).

The Santa Clauses is produced by 20th Television. Season one was released on Disney+ on November 16, 2022.
