Disney Channel’s ‘Phil Of The Future’ Cast Reunites Almost 20 Years Later

‘Tis the season for joy, laughter, love, and reuniting with your past co-stars from criminally short-lived Disney Channel TV shows. Several ex-cast members from the beloved sitcom Phil Of The Future had reunion almost 20 years after the show was on the air. The reunion was posted to social media and made the day of any 90s or early 2000s kid.

Aly Michalka (Easy A), who played the role of Keely in the show, took to Instagram to display photos of their reunion. She was joined by castmates Raviv Ullman (Pixel Perfect), Amy Bruckner (Nancy Drew), and her sister AJ Michalka (The Goldbergs). The co-stars looked quite happy and excited to be back together as the nostalgic post’s comment section is flooded with love and excitement that the gang’s back together. The caption on the post reads “20.5 years of friendship? Mickey is shook right now.” with a magic wand emoji finishing it off.

Phil Of The Future was a sitcom about the adventures and shenanigans a time-traveling family got into when they got stuck in the 20th century after attempting to take a vacation away from their period in the future. It ran for only two seasons from 2004-2006, and although it had a short lifespan on Disney Channel, it was a tiny but mighty series that won the hearts of viewers way back when.

Ullman played the main character (and also teen heartthrob) Phil with Michalka’s character Keely as his best friend. The other co-star at the reunion, Bruckner, played Phil’s trouble-making younger sister Pim. Craig Anton (Lizzie Maguire) and Lise Simms (Bad Sister), who were not in the reunion, starred as Lloyd and Barb Diffy, the parents of Phil and Pim. You can stream Phil Of The Future on Disney+.
