Adapted by a British screenwriter, Stephen R. Clark, this miniseries will tell the true tale of Minister Herbert Emerson Wilson. Yet again, Hall’s character will be the bad guy, as Wilson became one of the slyest, most successful American bank robbers in the early 20th century.
Seeing as Hall is not a stranger to playing such a captivating, complex role, producers believe the former SHOWTime star will be the perfect fit for portraying this radical transformation of Wilson’s journey from holy man to evil crook. Additionally, Hall will also be one of the executive producers of the show, as he was for his former lead roles in Dexter and HBO’s Six Feet Under.
While rumors of SHOtime producing a spinoff of Dexter, which Hall would take part in, are still in the active and unconfirmed, fans of renowned actor will be able to get his or her Hall-fix for the time being until further information is released.
