The curtain on Prime Video’s popular series, The Boys final season is rapidly approaching and promises to deliver satisfying conclusion. According to Screenrant, It seems that even The Seven are excited, as Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl, Gen V), who plays The Deep within the series goes on to give his own excitement and teases about the rest of the journey “there’ll be some surprising stuff in there, and I’m excited” and even about his own experience as being,”as much fun and weirdness”.
Reported in an interview with Screenrant, Crawford goes into “God, it was tough to shoot. But it was also a lot of fun. I can’t wait to see the finale. I don’t know really what was shot or how it was done, outside of a little bit of what I did, but it was a lot of work. I think to go out on your own terms is something that’s not afforded to every TV show, so to know it was ending and that Kripke was writing the perfect final act to the show was special. We knew it was rarefied air, and it’s one of the greatest shows of all time. I’ll never have as much fun and weirdness as I did playing the Deep and getting to play his character. As for the finale? I don’t think people will be disappointed. I think it’s going to be good. There’ll be some surprising stuff in there, and I’m excited.”
Stated by Screenrant the other stars that have brought the final journey to live alongside Crawford include Karl Urban (Mortal Kombat 2, Star Trek) as Butcher, Anthony Star (Cobweb, Banshee) as Homelander, and Erin Moriarty (Blood Father, Captain Fantastic) as Starlight aka Anne January.
The final season will have several side colliding with each other, with the stake of the entire earth on the line, and with no defiant answer who will come out on top. All current episodes and seasons of The Boys are available to stream on Prime Video with new weekly releases every Wednesday.
