David Anders is adding yet another popular series to his extensive acting resume. Per TVLine, he is slated to appear in Criminal Minds’ upcoming ninth season.
He will play Anton Harris, a serial killer who lobotomizes his victims, in the third episode.
Anders has appeared in numerous television shows over the past decade, from Alias to Heroes to the Vampire Diaries. He is currently recurring on USA’s Necessary Roughness.
Anders is not the first guest star to be announced for Criminal Minds’ upcoming season. Camryn Manheim was recently cast in a pivotal role for the two-part premiere, scheduled to air September 25 at 9 PM on CBS.
