‘Daisy Jones & The Six’ Actor Sebastian Chacon Accused of Sexual Assault

Sebastian Chacon, the actor who recently played the drummer Warren Rojas in the Prime Video series, Daisy Jones & The Six, has been accused of sexual assault by three women. The plaintiff’s names in the lawsuit have been filed as Jane Doe 1, Jane Doe 2, and Jane Doe 3. All three of the alleged victims have stated that the alleged assaults took place between 2017 and 2022 in both Los Angeles and New York.

The lawsuit itself was reviewed by Deadline, and they found that the plaintiffs are looking “to recover for (Chacon’s) tortious conduct involving similar patterns of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse that he inflicted upon them individually between 2017 and 2022.” Chacon’s attorney told People in a statement  that the actor “vehemently denies these allegations.” and will “fully cooperate with any investigation and provide any evidence necessary to prove his innocence.”

The allegations are as follows. Jane Doe 1 alleges that “starting around the summer of 2017, Chacon, who was 24 years old, groomed Jane Doe 1, aged 16, under the guise of a romantic relationship. Then, in December 2017, Chacon encouraged Jane Doe 1 to consume multiple alcoholic beverages and then sexually assaulted her in his home while she was still underage and legally incapable of consent.” Jane Doe 2 and 3 then allege that throughout the romantic relationships they had with Chacon in 2018 and 2022, they experienced alleged abuse such as nonconsensual sex, strangulation until loss of consciousness, and the continuation of the nonconsensual sex after the alleged victims were unconscious.

The plaintiff’s attorney then says in a statement to People that the lawsuit and the allegations speak on the courage and bravery of the alleged victims. “The facts alleged in the complaint, speak for themselves.” She added, “I just think it’s a huge testament to the strength and courage of these women that they found each other. They realized that they had experienced that same pattern of abuse or a very similar pattern of abuse and they’ve banded together to hold this individual accountable.”
