Corbin Bernsen And Sandrine Holt Join Apple TV+’s Drama Series ‘Your Friends And Neighbors’

Apple TV+’s forthcoming drama series, Your Friends and Neighbors, has added two new recurring stars to the show, Corbin Bernsen (The Curse) and Sandrine Holt (House of Cards). According to Deadline, the series, made by Jonathan Tropper (The Adam Project), was an original idea derived from Tropper himself. 

As previously reported, Jon Hamm (Mad Men) is set to be the lead star in Your Friends and Neighbors with Mark Tallman (First Wives Club), Olivia Munn (The Newsroom), Amanda Peet (2012), Lena Hall (Snowpiercer), Aimee Carrero (The Menu), Isabel Gravitt (The Watcher), Hoon Lee (Warrior) and Donovan Colan (Theater Camp)

Deadline notes that the official logline for Your Friends and Neighbors tells the story of, “Coop (Hamm), a recently divorced hedge fund manager who, after being fired, resorts to stealing from the wealthy residents in his tony upstate New York suburb in order to keep his family’s lifestyle afloat. These petty crimes begin to reinvigorate him until he breaks into the wrong house at the wrong time.

The series comes from Apple Studios, with Tropper as the executive producer and showrunner in collaboration with his overall deal given by the streamer. Connie Tavel (Confess, Fletch) and Hamm are additional executive producers on board. Additionally, Emmy-nominee Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya) is set to direct the first two episodes alongside Stephanie Laing (Made for Love) and Greg Yaitanes (House)

As per Deadline, Holt’s TV credits include regular roles in MacGyver, The Crossing, and Hostages. She has also been a recurring character in numerous other series, such as Homeland, The L Word, American Gigolo, The Expanse, 24, Better Call Saul, and House of Cards. Holt is also slated to star in David Crononberg’s horror thriller The Shrouds.  

TV credits for Bernsen include him holding a relatively recent recurring role on The Curse by Showtime, where he portrayed Emma Stone’s (La La Land) father. He also was a recurring character in The Resident for Fox, City on a Hill, also on Showtime, Tommy for CBS, Billions for Showtime, The Punisher for Marvel and Magnum P.I. for CBS. Bernsen is slated to recur next in the Donald Sterling series entitled Clipped alongside Ed O’Neill (Married… with Children) by FX and on Duster for Max. 

Randy James Management and Paradigm represent Bernsen; Strand Entertainment, IAG and Agence Adequat in France represent Holt.
