Connor Storrie Is Set To Host ‘Saturday Night Live’ For The First Time

Heated Rivarly star Connor Storrie (Riley, Headless Horseman) is excited to host Saturday Night Live after a new episode was released. The actor is only 25 but excited, none-the-less.

The Hollywood Reporter publicizes that Storrie is announced for the next host Saturday Night Live on Feb 28 2026 along with musical guest Mumford & Sons. Every since he starred in Heated Rivalry, the drama that took off, as he played a queer hockey player that falls in love with co-star Hudson Williams (Jump, Over The Edge).

“I am literally the luckiest person in the world,” Storrie writes on his Instagram story after being able to tell the world he was going to host SNL on January 28th 2026.

The Hollywood Reporter reminds us that Storrie and Williams were earlier announced as torchbearers for the 2026 Olympic games in Milan. Not to mention Storrie also got signed with Creative Artist Agency (CAA) earlier this month with Paris Fashion Week. Storrie is starting to make a name for himself in the creative industry, showing that he can take on any role and master it. Both actors were hype of the Golden Globe Awards even if they were to only present an award, and not receive an award.

Recently, Crave and HBO Max has renewed Heated Rivalry for a second season, HBO Max announced that they will continue to air the series after its big debut. Even the book writer, Rachel Reid is finishing the series by publishing the seventh book in the Game Changers series titled Unrivaled.

Even though season two of Heated Rivalry is not clear when it will come out, it was renewed in 2025 and production has started this year. The second season is estimated to cover the sixth game in the book series called, The Long Game as well as the seventh book.
