According to Deadline, the trailer for Chris Rock’s animated series Everybody Still Hates Chris has been released. The animation is a spin-off of the original show Everybody Hates Chris.
The show will debut on September 25 on Comedy Central and has shown the trailer below. It stars Rock as a grown up version of Chris and tells the audience about being a skinny nerd who comes from a working-class family located in Bed-Stuy Booklyn in the late 80s.
The trailer has released a long guest stars list as well as recurring characters. Few of these guest stars include Busta Rhymes, Ayo Edebri, and Sally Jessy Raphael. The three will be working alongside Bell Biv DeVoe members Ricky Bell, Michael L. Bivins, Ronald Boyd DeVoe Jr., as well as actors Tisha Campbell and Sam Richardson.

Terry Cruise is the voice actor for Chris’ dad Julius, He tries his best being the breadwinner for his family and incredibly hard working. Tichina Arnold is the voice actor for Rochelle, Chris’ mom. Her positive attributes include nurturing, smart and strong willed. However, she can become hot headed and does not tolerate nonsense.
Tim Johnson Jr, voices small Chris, Oziomo Akagha will voice his younger sister Tanya, Gunnar Sizemore will voice act as Chris’ friend Greg, Terrence Little Gardenhigh is his brother Drew.
Everybody Hates Chris ran for four seasons on The CW and UPN from 2005 up until 2009. The producer of the show is CBS Studios animation Eye Animation Products and Chris Rock Enterprise.
The show runner is Sanjay Shah who also executive produces with Rock, co-creator Ali LeRoi , Dave Vecky and Michael Rotenberg, The animation studio Titmouse members include Antonio Canobbio, Ben Kalina, Chris Prynoski and Shannon Prynoski.
