Charlie Sheen will not be returning to CBS’ Two and a Half Men in the near future. The actor was denied the request to be in the final season of the Chuck Lorre comedy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
After his public feud and ultimate famous firing from the show back in 2011, Sheen tried to reach out in order to claim back his throne with one last hoorah. Sheen apparently tweeted Lorre back in 2013 stating that he had a few ideas for the final season and “after making amends to you and yours” wanted to meet in person and brainstorm.
Unfortunately for Sheen, CBS Entertainment chairman, Nina Tassler, firmly denied having any conversations with the actor about returning to the show.
